Method

Base Fruits

  1. 1

    Prepare fruit

Peel and chop the mango into cubes. Hull and halve the strawberries if they are large. Cut the guava in half, scoop out seeds if you prefer a smoother texture and chop the flesh. Scoop the passion fruit pulp into a small bowl.

Liquid & Creaminess

  1. 2

Add the coconut water and Greek yogurt to the blender. The coconut water thins the smoothie while yogurt gives body and creaminess.

Combine & Blend

  1. 3

Into the blender with the liquids, add the chopped mango, strawberries, guava, and passion fruit pulp. Add honey (or agave) and lime juice. If using, add the ice cubes. Secure the lid.

  2. 4

Blend on high until smooth, about 45–90 seconds depending on your blender and whether fruit is frozen. Pause and scrape down the sides with a spatula if needed, then blend again to fully incorporate seeds and fruit fibers.

Adjust & Serve

  1. 5

Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness: add up to 1 tbs more honey/agave for sweetness, a splash more coconut water to thin, or a few more ice cubes to chill and thicken.

  2. 6

Pour into two chilled glasses. Garnish each with a mint leaf. Serve immediately.
