Fruit & Juice Base
Sweetener & Ice (optional)
Garnish (optional)
Method
Prepare Fruit & Juices
- 1
Prep fresh fruit
Peel, pit and chop the mango into cubes. Hull the strawberries and halve if large. Core and chop the pineapple. If using whole passion fruits, cut in half and scoop out the pulp into a small bowl.
- 2
Measure juices
Squeeze fresh orange to yield about 1/2 cup. Have cranberry juice and chilled lemonade measured and ready. If you prefer a sweeter drink, have simple syrup or honey ready.
Blend
- 3
Combine ingredients
In a high-speed blender, add mango, passion fruit pulp (include seeds if you want texture, or strain seeds for smoothness), strawberries, pineapple, orange juice, cranberry juice and lemonade.
- 4
Add ice and sweetener
Add the ice cubes and 1 tablespoon simple syrup or honey if desired. The ice will chill and slightly dilute for a balanced flavor. Adjust sweetener to taste after first blend.
- 5
Blend until smooth
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and homogenous. If the mixture is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of water or additional lemonade/juice and pulse again. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes or a small extra piece of mango/pineapple and blend briefly.
Strain & Adjust (optional)
- 6
If you prefer a smoother, seed-free juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, using a spatula to press out liquid and discard pulp and seeds. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity: add a teaspoon of simple syrup for more sweetness or a squeeze of lemon/lime if you want brighter acidity.
Serve
- 7
Divide the juice into two tall glasses. Garnish each with a lemon wheel or a mint sprig. Serve immediately over additional ice if desired.
