Wings

Method

Wings Preparation

  1. 1

    Preparing Bone-in Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the bone-in chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Preparing Boneless Wings

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. 3

    Coating the Wings

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, eggs, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Dip each wing into the batter, then coat with bread crumbs. Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Frying the Wings

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the wings in batches until they are golden brown and cooked through, approximately 8-10 minutes per batch. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Preparing the Sauces

While wings are cooking, prepare your sauces. You can use them as is or mix them to create your own signature sauce. For example, mix the hot sauce with honey for a sweet heat or combine teriyaki with garlic parmesan for a unique flavor.

  2. 6

    Tossing the Wings

Once the wings are cooked and crispy, place them in a large bowl. Pour your desired sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
