Wings Preparation
- 1
Preparing Bone-in Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the bone-in chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.
- 2
Preparing Boneless Wings
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 3
Coating the Wings
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, eggs, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Dip each wing into the batter, then coat with bread crumbs. Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4
Frying the Wings
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the wings in batches until they are golden brown and cooked through, approximately 8-10 minutes per batch. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
