Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove from heat and let them drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Grill the Chicken
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Add Cheese
During the last minute of cooking the chicken, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each breast and cover to melt.

Once the chicken is cooked and cheese is melted, place the chicken breasts on a plate. Top each with two strips of crispy bacon, a handful of lettuce, and slices of tomato.
