Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take the chicken breasts and place them between two sheets of plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken to about 1/2 inch thickness.

Once the chicken is pounded, season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Assemble the Filling
On each chicken breast, layer two slices of ham followed by two slices of provolone cheese. Roll the chicken tightly, securing it with toothpicks if needed.

Bake the Chicken
Place the rolled chicken breasts seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
