Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink, or you can place it in the freezer for a few minutes.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of chocolate vodka, 1 oz of Irish cream liqueur, and 2 dashes of cocoa bitters.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice and seal it tightly.

Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Remove the ice from your chilled martini glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Add Garnish
Top the martini with chocolate shavings and place a maraschino cherry on the rim of the glass for an elegant finish.
