Prepare the Melon
Cut the melon into bite-sized cubes or wedges and set aside.

Slice the Pickled Plums
Slice the pickled plums into thin wedges and set aside.

Prepare the Endive
Remove the leaves from the endive heads and wash them gently. Pat dry and set aside.

Basil Vinaigrette

Make the Vinaigrette
In a blender, combine the fresh basil leaves, olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assembling the Dish

Plate the Salad
On a large serving platter, arrange the endive leaves as a base. Top with arugula, followed by the melon cubes, pickled plum slices, and crumbled goat cheese.

Add Burrata
Place the burrata cheese in the center of the salad. Drizzle with basil vinaigrette and sprinkle the toasted pecans on top.
