Brownie Base

Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and brown sugar together until well combined. Allow to cool slightly.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Whisk in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.

Bake the Brownie
Pour the batter into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.

Make the Caramel
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the granulated sugar until it turns golden brown. Remove from heat.

Quickly whisk in the heavy cream and butter until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract and set aside to cool.
Whipped Cream

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
Honey Pecan Ice Cream

In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Stir in the chopped pecans.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. Freeze until firm.
