Muddle the Mint
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves gently to release their oils.

Add Gin and Lime Juice
Add the Empress 1908 Gin and fresh lime juice to the shaker with the muddled mint.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top it off with ginger beer for a refreshing fizz.
