Tapas-style Menu

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chorizo sausage and cook until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Chorizo

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add minced garlic and diced red bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. Then add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Sauté the Vegetables

Return the chorizo to the skillet with the vegetables. Add olives, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through for another 3-4 minutes.

Combine Ingredients

Chop fresh basil and crumble feta cheese. Serve the chorizo and vegetable mixture in a dish, topped with fresh basil and feta. Accompany with slices of baguette.
