Cocktail Preparation
Combine spirits
Add 2 oz Tito's vodka, 1 oz Prairie organic gin, and 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc to a mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled about two-thirds with large ice cubes.
Stir (preferred) or shake
Stir the mixture briskly with a bar spoon for 20–30 seconds until well-chilled and slightly diluted (about 15–20% dilution). If you prefer a slightly more aerated, colder Vesper, shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds and then strain.
Strain
Discard the ice or water from the chilled serving glass. Double-strain the cocktail from the mixing glass into the chilled coupe/martini glass using a Hawthorne or fine mesh strainer to remove small ice shards.
Serve
Serve immediately while very cold. Optionally provide a small spoon or coupe napkin; this cocktail is enjoyed sipped slowly.
