Method

Cocktail

1

Muddle

In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, place 6 thin cucumber slices and 0.5 oz simple syrup. Use a muddler to gently muddle the cucumber slices until fragrant and they release juice but not so vigorously that they become pulpy (about 6–8 gentle presses).

2

Add spirits and citrus

Add 2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka, 0.75 oz St-Germain, and 0.75 oz fresh lime juice to the shaker with the muddled cucumber.

3

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup), secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold and well-chilled.

4

Double strain

Using a fine-mesh strainer and the shaker's built-in strainer, double strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or a rocks glass filled with fresh ice to remove cucumber solids and seeds.

5

Top (optional)

If you prefer a slightly lighter, fizzy drink, top with 1 oz club soda. Gently stir once to combine if added.

6

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a cucumber ribbon or a cucumber wheel and a lime wheel or wedge on the rim. Serve immediately.
