Brownie Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Melt the Butter
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, remove from heat.

Mix Sugars
Add granulated sugar and brown sugar to the melted butter, stirring until well combined.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Fold in Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Place a warm brownie square in a serving bowl.

Top the brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Drizzle the chocolate sauce and caramel sauce over the ice cream and brownie.

Add a generous dollop of sweet whipped topping on top.
