Method

Prepare the Buns

  1. 1

    Butter the Buns

Spread butter on the cut sides of the brioche buns.

  2. 2

Toast the buns on a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Cook the Patties

  1. 3

    Season the Beef

In a bowl, mix Angus ground beef with salt and black pepper.

  2. 4

Form the beef into two equal-sized patties, about 4 ounces each.

  3. 5

    Cook the Patties

Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until they reach desired doneness.

  4. 6

During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of Muenster cheese to each patty to melt.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 7

    Add Sauce

Spread 2 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun.

  2. 8

Place the cooked beef patties with melted cheese on top of the dressing.

  3. 9

Layer on fried pickle chips and shredded lettuce.

  4. 10

Top with the other half of the toasted brioche bun and serve immediately.
