Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes.
Blend Until Smooth
Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
Prepare the Glass
Take a chilled glass and pour the blended mixture into it.
Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with a cherry on top and a slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass.
Serve
