Preparation

  1. 1

    Muddle the Raspberries

In a cocktail shaker, add 1 cup of fresh raspberries. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently mash the raspberries to release their juices.

  2. 2

    Add Gin and Lime Juice

Pour 2 oz of gin and 1 oz of fresh lime juice into the shaker with the muddled raspberries.

  3. 3

    Shake it Up

Fill the shaker with ice and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine all ingredients and chill the mixture.

  4. 4

    Strain the Mixture

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, leaving the raspberry pulp behind.

  5. 5

    Add Club Soda

Top off the strained mixture with 4 oz of club soda, gently stirring to combine.

Garnishing

  1. 6

    Add Garnish

Garnish the drink with 2 lime wedges and 5 fresh raspberries. Serve immediately with a straw or stirring stick.
