Prepare the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine 50 ml of Ketel One Vodka, 30 ml of passionfruit puree, 15 ml of vanilla syrup, and 20 ml of fresh lime juice.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Use a fine mesh strainer if you want to remove any pulp from the passionfruit puree.

Add Champagne Foam
Top the cocktail with 50 ml of champagne, pouring gently to create a foam layer on top.

Garnish
Cut the fresh passionfruit in half and place one half on top of the cocktail as a garnish.
