Method

Lobster Filling Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Lobster Filling

In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and chopped chives. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Bun Preparation

  1. 2

    Prepare the Brioche Buns

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, place the brioche buns cut-side down in the skillet. Toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cooking the Sides

  1. 3

Cook the Fries or Tater Tots

Prepare the frozen fries or tater tots according to package instructions. Once cooked, season with salt to taste.

Assembling the Lobster Roll

  1. 4

    Assemble the Lobster Roll

Spoon a generous amount of the lobster filling into each toasted brioche bun. Serve immediately with fries or tater tots on the side.
