Ingredients for Ahi Tuna Stack

Method

Directions for Ahi Tuna Stack

1

Prepare the Sriracha Mayo

In a small bowl, mix together sriracha and mayonnaise until well combined. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Ahi Tuna Mixture

Dice the sushi-grade ahi tuna into small cubes. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tuna, lime juice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Gently fold in the diced mango and avocado.

3

Toast the Bread

Lightly toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. Cut each slice into quarters to create toast points.

4

Assemble the Stack

In a ring mold or a small bowl, layer the tuna mixture, pressing down slightly. Carefully lift off the mold and place the stack on a plate. Drizzle with sriracha mayo and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.

5

Serve

Serve the Ahi Tuna Stack immediately alongside the toast points.
