Toast the Bread

Preheat the toaster or oven. Toast the slices of noble sourdough bread until they are golden brown and crispy.

In a bowl, scoop out the ripe avocados and mash them with a fork. Add lemon juice, olive oil, and sea salt. Mix until well combined.
