Base Margarita Mix (yields ~4 servings)
To Serve (per 1 cocktail)
Method
Prepare Base Margarita Mix
Measure and combine fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, orange juice, simple syrup, and agave nectar in a pitcher. Stir or whisk until the agave and simple syrup are fully incorporated.
Taste the mix. If it’s too tart, add up to 1–2 tablespoons more simple syrup or 1 tablespoon more agave nectar; if too sweet, add up to 1 tablespoon more fresh lime juice. The target flavor is bright, balanced, and slightly sweeter than a traditional margarita since there’s no alcohol.
If you prefer a lighter, slightly fizzy mix (especially if serving on the rocks rather than blended), gently stir in 1/2 cup sparkling water. Do not add if you plan to blend with the White Claw, since the seltzer will be added later.
Chill the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld, or proceed immediately if short on time. The mix can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Rim & Garnish
Pour 2 teaspoons of fine sea salt (or a mix of salt and tajín for a spicy rim) onto a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the glass rim to moisten, then dip the rim into the salt to coat evenly. Tap off excess.
Set a lime wheel or wedge aside for garnish.
Make a Single NA Margarita On the Rocks
Assemble
Fill a salt-rimmed rocks glass halfway with ice (about 1 cup).
Pour 4 ounces (1/2 cup) of the chilled base margarita mix over the ice.
Open 1 can of NA Lime White Claw (or other lime seltzer) and pour about 4–6 ounces (half to three quarters of the can) into the glass. Stir gently once to combine. Adjust White Claw amount to taste for fizz and intensity.
Garnish with the lime wheel or wedge. Serve immediately. If adding a flavor (raspberry, mango, etc.), add 1 tablespoon of puree to the glass before pouring the White Claw and stir to incorporate.
Make a Single Blended (Frozen) NA Margarita
Add 1 cup of crushed ice (or ~1 cup regular ice cubes), 4 ounces (1/2 cup) of chilled base margarita mix and 4–6 ounces of NA Lime White Claw to a blender. If adding fruit puree or other flavor, add 1–2 tablespoons now.
Pulse/blend until smooth and slushy. If mixture is too thin, add 1/4 cup more ice; if too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons more White Claw or a splash of water.
Pour into a salt-rimmed glass, garnish with a lime wheel, and serve immediately.
Optional Flavor Variations (brief instructions)
Raspberry: Muddle or puree 6–8 fresh raspberries (about 1–2 tbsp puree) and add to the glass or blender before adding White Claw.
Mango: Use 1–2 tablespoons mango puree or a small dice of fresh mango blended with the base mix.
