Fit Turkey Wrap

Red wine, Campari, Singani 63, cinnamon, fresh fruit, fresh citrus

In a large pitcher (1.5–2 L capacity), pour the bottle of dry red wine. Add the Singani 63 (60 ml), Campari (60 ml), fresh orange juice (120 ml), fresh lime juice (30 ml) and simple syrup (45 ml). Stir gently to combine.

Prepare Base

Add the two whole cinnamon sticks to the pitcher. Stir once, then refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the cinnamon to infuse. For a more pronounced cinnamon note, gently bruise the sticks with the back of a spoon before adding.

Add Cinnamon and Macerate

While the sangria is macerating (or just before serving if macinated for shorter time), thinly slice the orange and lemon, core and thinly slice the apple, halve the strawberries and grapes. Add all prepared fruit to the pitcher with the infused sangria. Stir gently to combine so fruit is evenly distributed.

Prepare Fruit

Taste the sangria and adjust sweetness if needed: add additional simple syrup 15 ml at a time to taste. Return to the refrigerator for 30 minutes if you added more syrup, or serve immediately if well balanced.

Chill and Adjust Sweetness

Fill individual glasses with ice (or add a large ice block to the pitcher to avoid dilution). Stir the pitcher briefly, then pour sangria into glasses making sure each serving gets a mix of fruit. Garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick and a sprig of mint if desired.

Serve

Store leftover sangria refrigerated (without additional ice) for up to 48 hours. Before serving leftovers, stir and taste; remove or replace overly saturated fruit if necessary.
