Cocktail

Method

Prepare Glass

1

Optional rim

If you prefer a salted or sugared rim, run a lime wedge around the edge of a chilled rocks or coupe glass. Dip the rim into a shallow dish with salt or sugar to coat evenly. Set the glass aside.

Mix Cocktail

2

Add Tito's vodka, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, orange liqueur (if using), and Angostura bitters into a cocktail shaker.

3

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup).

4

Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels well chilled and slightly frosted on the outside.

5

If serving on the rocks: place fresh ice cubes into the prepared glass and strain the cocktail over the ice using a fine strainer or Hawthorne strainer.

6

If serving up (straight): double-strain the cocktail into the chilled, rimmed glass to remove small ice shards and any pulp.

Garnish & Finish

7

Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and/or a lemon twist. Express the lemon twist over the drink (optional) to release oils, then tuck it on the rim or float it on top.

8

Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly.
