Cocktail

Method

Cocktail

1

Chill glass (optional)

Place the serving glass (rocks or coupe) in the freezer for a few minutes or fill with ice water while prepping the cocktail.

2

Prepare rim (optional)

If you prefer a salted rim, rub a lime wedge around the glass rim and dip the rim into a small plate of coarse salt to coat evenly. Set glass aside.

3

Combine ingredients

Add 2 oz Casamigos Blanco tequila, 0.75 oz fresh lime juice, 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice, 0.5 oz agave syrup, and 0.25 oz orange liqueur (if using) into a cocktail shaker.

4

Add ice and shake

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup) and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold and slightly frosted.

5

Strain and serve

Discard ice or water from the chilled glass if used. Double-strain the cocktail into the prepared rocks or coupe glass over fresh ice (if serving on the rocks) or without ice for a neat/coupe presentation.

Garnish & Service

6

Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim. Serve immediately.
