Method

Cooking the Meal

1

Prepare the Pancake

In a bowl, mix pancake mix with water until smooth. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Pour batter onto skillet to form a pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown. Keep warm.

2

Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, cook eggs to your preference (scrambled, fried, etc.). Set aside.

3

Cook the Sausage and Bacon

In the same skillet, cook breakfast sausage links and Canadian bacon over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

4

Prepare Home Fries or Tater Tots

If using home fries, cook diced potatoes in the skillet until crispy and cooked through. If using tater tots, bake them according to package instructions. Set aside.

5

Heat Baked Beans

In a small saucepan, heat baked beans over medium heat until warmed through.

6

Toast the Bread

Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

7

Assemble the Plate

On a large plate, serve the eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, home fries or tater tots, baked beans, and toast. Add the pancake on the side.
