Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Select and hand-harvest the Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay grapes at optimal ripeness, ensuring minimal damage to the grapes.

Harvest the Grapes

Gently press the harvested grapes using a pneumatic press to extract the juice. Collect the juice in a clean fermentation tank.

Add the yeast to the juice and allow it to ferment in a temperature-controlled environment for approximately 2-3 weeks until complete.

Fermentation

After primary fermentation, add sugar and a small amount of yeast for secondary fermentation. Bottle the wine and seal with a crown cap to allow carbonation to develop.

Secondary Fermentation

Store the bottles horizontally in a cool, dark place for at least 12 months to develop complexity and carbonation.

Aging

After aging, gradually turn the bottles upside down and shake them to collect sediment in the neck.

Riddling

Remove the sediment by freezing the neck of the bottles and popping out the frozen plug. Top off with additional wine and cork the bottles.

Disgorging

Label the bottles appropriately and package them for sale or consumption.
