Prepare the Proteins
Cut the boneless chicken breast, beef sirloin, pork tenderloin, and shrimp into bite-sized pieces. Place them in separate bowls.

Chop the Vegetables
Slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and chop the broccoli into florets. Slice the mushrooms and chop the green onions. Place all vegetables in a large mixing bowl.

Heat the Pan
In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add the chicken first, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Add in the beef, pork, and shrimp, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until all proteins are cooked and slightly caramelized.

Add Vegetables
Stir in the prepared vegetables, adding the bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, mushrooms, and green onions. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, chili flakes, and black pepper to the pan. Toss everything together and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors.
