Preparation Steps
Muddle the Strawberries
In a cocktail shaker, add the sliced strawberries and gently muddle them to release their juices.
Add Liquids
Add the Calamity Gin, St. Germain, and fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
Shake with Ice
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Top with Champagne
Slowly top the drink with champagne to give it a fizzy finish.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
