Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the onion, spinach, and artichokes. Slice the mushrooms.

2

Cook the Ground Turkey

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until turkey is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

Add chopped onion, mushrooms, and spinach to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

4

Add Artichokes and White Sauce

Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts and white sauce. Mix well and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

5

Add Mozzarella

Remove from heat and fold in 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese. Reserve ½ cup for topping.

6

Combine and Bake

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle red pepper flakes on top if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

7

Serve

Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Southern dish!
