Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, zucchini, and snow peas into bite-sized pieces.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, honey, cornstarch, and water until smooth.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Once hot, add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until they are tender-crisp.

Add the Sauce
Pour the sauce over the stir-fried vegetables. Stir well to coat all the vegetables evenly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
