Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and separate the broccoli florets.
Sauce Preparation

Make the Garlic Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Add Vegetables
Add the prepared bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add Broth and Season
Pour in the vegetable broth, and season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and let cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the vegetables and sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
