Method
Prepare Tea

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 black tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Remove Tea Bags
Carefully remove the tea bags from the saucepan and discard them.
Sweeten (optional)

Add Sweetener
If you prefer sweetened tea, add 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of honey, or stevia to taste to the warm tea. Stir until dissolved.
Cool and Serve

Cool Down
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill.

Prepare Glasses
In a glass, add 2 cups of ice cubes.

Pour Tea
Once the tea is chilled, pour it over the ice and add 2 cups of cold water to dilute if desired.

Garnish with lemon slices, mint leaves, or peach slices as desired.
