Chop Tomatoes
Wash and dice the tomatoes into small cubes. Place them in a mixing bowl.

Prepare Basil
Tear the fresh basil leaves into smaller pieces and add them to the bowl with tomatoes.

Add Mozzarella
Dice the mozzarella cheese into small cubes and mix it into the bowl with tomatoes and basil.

Flavor the Mixture
Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the bowl. Pour in the balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Slice the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Toast the Bread
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

Top the Bread
Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven. Spoon the tomato-basil-mozzarella mixture generously onto each slice of toasted bread.

Serve immediately while the bread is warm. Enjoy your bruschetta!
