Cook Hash Browns
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the frozen hash browns, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally. Once cooked, transfer to a plate and set aside.
Cooking Sausage and Vegetables

Cook Sausage
In the same skillet, add the breakfast sausage and cook over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. This should take about 5 minutes.

Add Vegetables
Once the sausage is cooked through, add the diced bell pepper and onion. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Assemble Burrito
On a large flour tortilla, layer a portion of hash browns, the egg mixture, and shredded cheese. Roll tightly to enclose the filling.
