Preparation Steps
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Spinach
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and cool it under cold water. Squeeze out excess water and chop finely.
Prepare the Artichokes
Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts. Chop them into small pieces.
Mix the Base
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Add Seasonings and Cheese
To the cream cheese mixture, add the garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Combine All Ingredients
Fold in the chopped spinach and artichokes into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
Transfer to Baking Dish
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and golden on top.
Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips.
