Strawberry Jam Mousse

Vanilla Cheesecake

Graham Crumble

Method

Strawberry Jam Mousse Preparation

1

Prepare the Strawberry Jam

In a saucepan, combine strawberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.

2

Prepare the Gelatin

In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, heat gently until dissolved. Stir into the cooled strawberry mixture.

3

Fold in Whipped Cream

Once the strawberry mixture has cooled completely, gently fold in the whipped cream until combined. Set aside.

Vanilla Cheesecake Preparation

4

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

5

Mix Cream Cheese and Sugar

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

6

Add Eggs

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, stir in the sour cream until smooth.

7

Bake the Cheesecake

Pour the cheesecake batter into a springform pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Graham Crumble Preparation

8

Mix Graham Cracker Crumbs

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined.

9

Bake the Crumble

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 8-10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.

Assemble the Dessert

10

Layer the Components

In serving glasses, layer the cheesecake, strawberry jam mousse, and graham crumble. Start with cheesecake, then mousse, followed by crumble, and repeat as desired.

11

Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the assembled dessert for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
