Base & Dairy

Fruit & Flavor Mix-ins

Method

Base & Dairy

1

Combine base

Add 1 cup whole milk, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, and 1/4 cup Greek yogurt to the blender jar. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. This creates a creamy, balanced base suitable for most mix-ins.

Fruit & Flavor Mix-ins

2

Add fruit or flavor

Choose one or a combination of the fruit/flavor mix-ins: 1/2 cup sliced banana, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries, or 2 tbsp peanut butter, or 2 tbsp chocolate syrup. Add your chosen mix-ins to the blender on top of the base.

Extras & Texture

3

Adjust sweetness and texture

For thicker texture, add 2 tbsp rolled oats. For extra sweetness, add 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup. Add 4 ice cubes if you prefer a colder, slushier shake. These are optional—adjust to your preference.

Blend & Serve

4

Secure the blender lid and blend on medium-high for 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined. Stop and scrape down the sides once if needed and blend again for 10–15 seconds. If the shake is too thick, add 1–2 tbsp milk and pulse to combine. If too thin, add another scoop of ice cream or a tablespoon of oats and blend briefly.

5

Pour the finished shake into a chilled glass. Top with 2 tbsp whipped cream, 1 tbsp chocolate shavings or sprinkles, 1 tbsp chopped nuts, and 2 tbsp extra sliced fruit as desired. Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
