Method
Açaí base
Prep
Remove açaí packs from freezer for a minute to slightly loosen, and have frozen berries and banana ready. Reserve 1/2 banana for topping and slice it; keep remaining banana for blending.
Blend
In a high-speed blender, add the frozen açaí puree packs (break them into chunks if in hard block), frozen mixed berries, sliced banana for blending, and 1/2 cup of almond milk. If using protein powder or a boost, add it now. Secure lid and pulse/blend on high until mixture begins to break down. Add the remaining 1/2 cup almond milk only as needed to reach a thick soft-serve consistency—aim for spoonable but smooth. Taste and add 1 tablespoon honey or agave if extra sweetness is desired; pulse briefly to combine.
Portion
Spoon the blended açaí into one large bowl or two small bowls, smoothing the top with the back of the spoon.
Toppings
Evenly sprinkle granola across the top of the açaí base, leaving some visible base so it looks layered.
Arrange the reserved sliced banana and fresh berries in rows or clusters on the bowl for visual appeal.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon chia seeds and 1 teaspoon shredded coconut over the top.
Drizzle 1 teaspoon honey or agave in a thin stream over the toppings to add sheen and sweetness.
Garnish with mint leaves if using. Serve immediately to preserve crunch of granola and frozen texture of açaí.
