Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix gochujang, fish sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the marinade.

2

Marinate the Ribs

Place the short ribs in a large ziplock bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the ribs are well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.

3

Cook the Ribs

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the skillet or brush it on the grill. Once hot, add the marinated short ribs and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

4

Prepare the Garnish

While the ribs are cooking, chop the scallions. Once the ribs are done, let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

5

Serve

Serve the short ribs topped with chopped scallions and a side of kimchi.
