Baking Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream Butter and Sugars
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Eggs and Vanilla
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in Chocolate Chips and Marshmallows
Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
Scoop and Bake
Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. The centers may look slightly underbaked but will continue to set as they cool.
Cool and Serve
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
