Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Coat the Chicken Wings

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss the chicken wings in the mixture until fully coated.

  3. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).

  4. 4

    Fry the Wings

Carefully add the coated wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Preparing the Sauces

  1. 5

    Toss the Wings in Sauce

In a separate large bowl, toss the fried wings in your choice of sauce (buffalo, garlic parmesan, BBQ, teriyaki, or lemon pepper) until evenly coated.

Preparing Side Items

  1. 6

    Prepare Fresh Crudités

Wash and cut fresh vegetables into sticks or bite-sized pieces.

  2. 7

    Cook the French Fries

Cook the french fries according to package instructions or fry them until golden and crispy.
