Preparing the Wings

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Coat the Chicken Wings
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss the chicken wings in the mixture until fully coated.
