Preparation Steps
Prepare the Strawberries
Hull and slice the fresh strawberries. Set aside a few slices for garnish.
Muddle Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the sliced strawberries and simple syrup. Muddle them together until the strawberries are well crushed.
Mix the Cocktail
Add the Honey Shine Amber Rum, fresh lime juice, and ice cubes into the shaker. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Optionally, you can serve it over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge and a fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass.
