Mixing the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the agricole rum, overproof demerara rum, Benedictine, falernum, and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish
Grate a little nutmeg on top of the cocktail for garnish.
Serve
