Preparation
Infuse the Tequila
In a jar, combine the snap peas with blanco tequila. Seal and let sit for 24 hours in the refrigerator to infuse.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of the snap pea-infused tequila, 1 oz of Meyer limoncello, 0.5 oz of bitter bianco, 1 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
Shake and Serve
Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish
Garnish with snap pea pods and a slice of grapefruit.
