Preparation Steps
Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice to chill it.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine mezcal, bianco vermouth, pineapple juice, jasmine syrup, and fresh lime juice. Shake well until combined.
Strain the Mixture
Strain the shaker contents into the prepared glass over the ice.
Top with Tonic
Slowly pour tonic water over the mixture in the glass.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and optionally add jasmine flowers. Serve immediately.
