Step 1: Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Step 2: Add Liquor
Pour 2 oz of Pacific Rim Quince Barley Liquor over the ice.
Step 3: Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Salmonberry Bitters to the glass.
Step 4: Top with Soda
Top off the drink with 4 oz of soda water.
Step 5: Garnish
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Step 6: Stir and Serve
Gently stir the mixture to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
