Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Ampersand Gin, Martini Bianco, fresh sorrel leaves, and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake Well
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel on top of the drink.
