Make sure the bottle has been refrigerated to 3–5°C (37–41°F). Tiger is best served well chilled to highlight its crisp, clean lager character.

Chill the beer

Check the bottle for any sediment or damage. Wipe the neck with a clean towel if there is any condensation or debris.

Inspect and prepare

If using a glass, place it in the freezer for 10–15 minutes or fill briefly with ice water, then discard the water just before pouring to achieve an extra-cold serving temperature.

Chill the glass (optional)

Hold the chilled glass at a 45° angle and begin pouring the Tiger beer slowly down the side of the glass. When the glass is about two-thirds full, straighten it and pour down the middle to form a modest white head of about 1–2 cm (0.5–1 inch). This preserves carbonation and aroma.
