BEVERAGES
Prepare cooler or tub
Place the large cooler or beverage tub on a stable surface near where you'll be serving. Ensure it is clean and dry before adding ice and cans.
Add ice
Pour approximately 2 lbs of ice into the cooler or tub, spreading it evenly across the bottom to create a chilled bed for the cans.
Arrange cans
Place 4 cans of Coca-Cola, 4 cans of Diet Coke (or Coca-Cola Zero), and 4 cans of LaCroix directly onto the ice. Arrange them in alternating groups so guests can easily see and grab their preferred drink.
Top with additional ice
If desired, add a light layer of additional ice on top of the cans to ensure they stay chilled throughout service. Avoid burying cans completely so labels remain visible.
Provide serving tools and glasses
Set a pair of tongs or a scoop next to the cooler for hygienic removal of cans. If using glasses, place chilled serving glasses nearby and a small trash/recycling bin for empty cans.
Maintain temperature
During service, replenish ice as needed to keep cans cold. Replace any cans that warm up or are dented/leaking. Keep the cooler out of direct sunlight or a hot area to prolong chill.
