Chicken Tenders

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare Chicken Tenders

1. Cut chicken breasts into strips. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. 2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. 3. Dredge chicken strips in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken tenders until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

2

Make Coleslaw

1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrot. 2. In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. 3. Pour dressing over cabbage and carrot mixture. Toss to combine and refrigerate until serving.

3

Prepare French Fries

1. Peel and cut potatoes into fries. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes. 2. Drain and pat dry. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). 3. Fry potatoes in batches until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

4

Make Honey Mustard

1. In a small bowl, combine honey and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
